  • Health-related goals, health status, exercise & diet, psychosocial and organizational health aspects
  • Assessment of job satisfaction and underlying causes of work-related stress

The content forms the basis for our individual health tests and coaching as well as our anonymised company report.

Individual health tests, coaching and follow-up

Our individual health and performance tests, interpretation and counseling take place on site at your company or according to an agreement.

The aim of individual coaching is to respond to the wishes, challenges and goals of each employee and act on them.

Follow-up and reporting of the company's health status at group level

The outcome of the company’s overall health status is presented in a neutral and de-identified strategic report.

The report provides information on the group’s general, musculoskeletal and psychosocial health.

We review the report with those of you who are responsible for the project and make recommendations regarding measures based on the results and follow-up of the key figures and roles that have been defined prior to our collaboration.
