For 10 weeks, we run a digital advice journey, with the goal of helping you become a healthier person with new habits. We all have different abilities and it's only when you know yours that you can make a difference. Therefore, to get a picture of your daily health, you will do a body composition and a Forever Young blood test. The same tests will be done at the end of your journey.
Deciding, implementing and completing a change is challenging. That's why during the program you will have a coach to accompany and support your journey. Together, you will have bi-weekly online meetings where you will check in on progress and go over any extras that may be needed to help you reach your goals.
Healthy eating is often associated with having to choose away the good things in life. Rather, it's about eating in moderation. The diet program is designed to put you in control. Foods are divided into red, yellow and green categories. Red is best avoided and green can be eaten in abundance. The aim is to constantly improve your diet.
We know that the best work-out is the one that gets done! You will get simple exercises, which include core stability and cardio. It's easily managed through our app where you can view the exercises and tick off when you've completed your session. We also focus on increasing the amount of everyday exercise.
Movement should be fun, not least for the sake of motivation. Sometimes it can be difficult to fit in a session on the bike or on the running track. We offer digital sessions to help you get your heart rate up with your coach, and even on rainy days, get the healthy movement that wee need!
We humans are herd animals and community is important for us to evolve. You'll be added to a whatsapp group which helps create a great experience. You'll be part of the change others are making with you, bringing community, information and motivation.
Not only with a new exterior, but also a changed interior. You've been through over 70 days of new routines, healthy eating and daily exercise. Most of these new habits will stick with you. Your brain has been reprogrammed and we'll give you advice on how to continue on your own.
